O-BEE-CITY, or is it obesity ??

Hmm.... I will let you decide which ever one it is you wish it to be. One thing is for certain though. It doesn't matter which of them you decide it to be. It all leads to the same place. A place of fat, excessive cellulite, lard, below par health, disease, heart condition and other associated things.

Now that, sure as sure, is not a cool place to be.

Yet for some concerning reason, the place attracts many tourists, people tend to stay there, and the cities boundaries seem to know no limits. Yep, its an expanding place team.... and I can assure you - IT AINT GOOD NEWS.

Team, if we allow the city of O-BEE-CITY to develop in structure and grow, we are going to suffer. Obesity is one of the modern worlds most pressing health issues of the modern era, yet it seems to be growing in menace and knows no bounds. I feel that one of the prime reasons it is being allowed to do this is simple.

WE DON'T HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE, HEART AND FORTITUDE AS A SOCIETY TO FIX THE ISSUE.

Pure and simple.

In our chase for comfort, indulgence, and self importance, we have indeed become overtaken by an alarming rate and state of below par health. And it is killing us team.

Our Kidneys are suffering, our cholesterol readings are concerning, our kids are becoming couch potatoes, and we are simply becoming fat pigs. Soon enough I will post a pic of me from just recently when I weighed 150kg. Yep. I was blimp like team, and that was only 15 weeks ago.

Lets just say I was extremely unhappy about this and I am currently in a huge effort to reverse my weight situation. Using the DAUSE idea which I talked about in Blog number 1, I really and truely have made some good inroads in losing a lot of weight, getting healthy, and regaining my life back.

It hasnt been easy at all team. It has required a lot of blood, sweat and pain. It has required change. It has required a new lifestyle. Damn it though team, it sure does feel good and I am savouring every moment of positive change that is occuring as a result of it.

You could say that I hate living in the place called O-BEE-CITY. Its a dirty, rotten, filthy, stinking, poor place to be in team. I am so happy to be moving out of it. Why would anyone want to live in a place that reeks so bad its like living in a toilet bowl !!? Surely but surely people want to get out of there yeah ?? I know that I do. I enjoyed living in O-BEE-CITY about as much as I would actually living in a toilet bowl. Both of them STINK !!!!

I am glad to be on the way to new horizons. I would like you to join me in that place, a place where the food is healthy, the life is good, and we will not surrender to the unhealthy and obese pandemic that is sweeping our society.

WE WILL HELP EACH OTHER, WE WILL WALK THE JOURNEY TOGETHER, AND WE WILL WIN THE GOOD FIGHT.

real weight loss

Hi guys !!

Welcome to what will be a great page that I hope will inspire many people to achieve their goals in losing weight and changing their lives for the better.

Weight management is one of societies most pressing health concerns. The worlds collective waistline is expanding at an alarming rate. Obesity is reaching pandemic status. Cholesterol levels are as high as ever. Liver and Kidney function is suffering as a result. Its a scary situation out there and its not going away easily.

Society is no doubt doing its best to wage war against these increasing pandemics. A trip to the shopping mall indeed alerts us to the various pills, detox diets, ab machines, fitness programs, protein supplements and all that being pushed at us as weapons to fight this epidemic.

But you know what ?? I really and truely do feel that we as humans need to do a little more than suck down a protein drink and hit an ab sculptor. I feel we need to go a little further than all of that. I believe that there is one vital thing that we dont have shoved at us to defeat this issue that we really need to think about.

We need to create our own personal modus operandi for weightloss. We need to plot our own course. In short we need to look inside ourselves for the answer to our weight loss problems.

We can have all the supplements, shakes, ab machines, programs and the like to aid us, but what benefit are these to us if we havent gotten ready within ourselves to undertake our own weight loss challenges ?

They are of very little uses thats for sure.

With that in mind, I am going to talk about a way I have used on myself that has helped me lose at least 32 kilograms ( 70 lbs ) in the last 14 weeks.

Basically, what I have done is coined a very simple yet what I believe effective way of losing weight. Its called the DAUSE way.

DAUSE stands for taking a Decisive Action Utilising Set principles in order to Execute effective weight loss.

Throughout the course of this blog, you will see how I used the above standard to lose the weight that I have. At various points I will of course use pictures of myself to show weight loss. We will create individual sets of words that we can align to the DAUSE letters in order to personalise things a little more. In short we will create a standard within ourselves that allows us to take total control of our own destiny and rely much less on the fancy potions, ab machines, and the like that abound in society today.

The time has come for us as humans to start believing in our own abilities to lose weight no matter what odds it is we face in our challenges to do so.
